Welcome to our on-line appointment service. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Our hours are 9 am - 4 pm M-F, Alaska Time Zone.

We understand that pilots are often traveling across time zones and may have flight delays, so we are happy to cancel your appointment without charge but please contact us as soon as possible when you realize you cannot make an appointment.  We will charge an examination fee of $180 for "no show" meaning that if you do not cancel (even on the same day) and we keep that time slot for you, you will be expected to pay for the missed appointment.

We also accept credit / debit card payments (Visa or Mastercard only) but if you wish to pay with a card, there will be an additional 3% fee.  If you wish to avoid this fee, please pay by cash or a check.

Please also be prepared by having your MedXpress confirmation number available. And if this is your first appointment, please bring a photo ID for verification.  Don't forget to bring glasses or contact if you wear corrective lenses, and be prepared to provide a urine sample.

If you are new to us and have FAA correspondence (letters, Special Issuance Authorizations) regarding your medical certification, please bring that along as we do not have access to such information.

Please DO NOT email any medical records! We are happy to receive your records by fax or by postal mail.  You are also welcome to bring them in person.
